We invite you to tour Cedar & Stone and see our home for yourself. Come alone or with family, stay as long as you like — whether 20 minutes or a few hours. You're welcome to meet our residents, speak with staff, and observe our daily programs firsthand. An informational packet with our brochure, menus, and fee schedule is also available upon request.
Starting the Admission Process
If you'd like to move forward, our administrators will guide you through a simple and straightforward intake process: covering medical history, medications, daily preferences, and personal background. We'll then arrange a home visit to meet your loved one in their current environment (up to 3 hours), giving us the time to understand their true daily needs, review medical records, and ensure Cedar & Stone is the right fit.
