We specialize in supporting seniors from independent residents to individuals with complex needs such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia through a lifestyle rooted in assisted independence, purposeful activity, and genuine joy.

Kevin Yu
Kevin has years of experience in health technology and aging research. He received his PhD in Health Informatics from Northwestern University, and has worked as a research scientist at numerous institutions in the bay area including Stanford Medicine and Kaiser Permanente. Kevin envisions a technology-empowered high-level of care at Cedar & Stone while keeping the warmth of human touch.

Victor is a senior care professional with deep expertise in the PACE model (Program of all-inclusive care for elderly). His extensive background enables him to accurately identify medical and social supports for residents. At Cedar & Stone, Victor ensures every resident receives a comprehensive, person-centered care plan designed for them to thrive.
